PART-TIME PUBLIC HEALTH NURSE
The Town of Dighton has an immediate opening for a Part Time Public Health Nurse to work under the general guidance and direction of the Board of Health. The role of the Public Health Nurse is to perform professional nursing and administrative work to provide and organize various public health programs and services; other related work, as required. Must be a Registered Nurse; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; two years nursing experience; public health experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

TRANSFER STATION ATTENDANT
The Town of Dighton Board of Health is seeking a Transfer Station Attendant to work part-time or on call as needed. The hours of work that may be required are, Tuesday 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. or Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. or any portion thereof.
Duties include serving as a public liaison to the residents, enforcing trash and recycling rules and regulations and accepting payments for transfer station decals and bulky items.
Individual must have good customer service and communication skills, working knowledge of trash disposal requirements and the ability to interact with town employees, town officials and the general public.
