The Town Clerk is also the Town of Dighton's Record Access Officer.

• If you are requesting Ambulance Personal Care Reports, those requests need to be made either by fax at 508-669-6861 or by email to the Fire Chief at cmaguy@dighton-ma.gov or to Executive Assistant Rebeca Moss at rmoss@dighton-ma.gov.
