Medicare-Eligible Retiree Open Enrollment will run from 11/10/2025 – 12/15/2025 for coverage beginning 01/01/2026. Please see important plan information below. Please note that BCSB Medex health insurance rates are set on a calendar year basis and will remain fixed throughout calendar year 2026, but Dental and Vision are set on a fiscal year basis, and may be subject to change in rate effective 7/1/2026. Retirees who will become affected by changes in Dental or Vision coverage will receive communication from the Town in the Spring as updated premium information becomes available.

If you do not wish to make any changes this upcoming Open Enrollment, no action is required on your part.

Additionally, please note that Dental and Vision insurance are both provided through Altus. Retirees who wish to enroll in both coverages may use the check box on the Altus Application link to indicate their desired coverage. It is not necessary to submit separate forms for Dental and Vision. Paper applications can be dropped off in person or mailed to:
