Overview

The mission of the Dighton Development & Industrial Commission is to improve the economic condition of local businesses by attracting new business and by retaining and helping to expand existing businesses.

Our focus is on the following areas, while promoting a quality of life consistent with the wishes of Dighton citizens:

• Recommend actions needed for strategic economic growth
• Enhance the relationship between local businesses and town government
• Serve as a resource for local businesses
• Promote Dighton as friendly and open to new businesses
• Work to increase local job opportunities
